Dinner in Talavera de la Reina
Dinner at Casco Viejo means dinner on Plaza Villatoya, in the heart of Talavera de la Reina's old town: a menu made for sharing, honest wine and a terrace on the square. We open in the evening on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

What to have for dinner
Our menu is designed for lunch and dinner alike. The chef is always hunting for local, fresh, seasonal produce, and on top of that there are specials that change every so often.
To share, the croquetas (the boletus and the blue cheese ones have their regulars), the timbal of broken eggs with ham or the crunchy chicken. Then burgers like La famosa Gourmet, rice dishes and meat, and for dessert, the almost-runny cheesecake. To go with it, our wines, by the glass or by the bottle.

Thursday nights: Thursdays at Casco
On Thursdays we run Thursdays at Casco, with a different plan every week: candlelit dinners with live music, our famous croqueta Thursdays, cheese and wine tastings... They usually start around 20:00 or 21:00, and since the place fills up fast, we recommend booking. More in things to do in Talavera.

Terrace, bar and dining room
When the weather plays along, the terrace on Plaza Villatoya is the best seat for dinner in the old town. Inside there is a long bar for a bite with a glass of wine or a beer, and a dining room with tables and comfy armchairs for a dinner without rush.
Coming as a group? We organise group dinners, celebrations and work dinners, from the menu or with a tailored set menu.
