At Casco Viejo Bar & Kitchen we've been part of that rhythm for years, and now we're taking it a step further with two regular events: Vermouth Hour on weekends, and Thursdays at Casco Viejo.
We wanted to bring back a tradition that was fading in Talavera: midday vermouth, before lunch. On weekends, Casco Viejo Bar & Kitchen opens Vermouth Hour with free tapas, paella, and a great atmosphere right in the old town. It's the perfect way to stretch the morning with friends or family before sitting down to eat.
For many years we've been a go-to spot in the center of Talavera. But trends come and go, and that's why we started Thursdays at Casco Viejo: a way to keep bringing life to the historic center every week, with a different plan and always some kind of surprise.
